Flower Growth Plan| Huabao Limited Joined Hands with Outstanding Member Enterprises of CAFFC to Explore the Beauty of Qinghai

On September 4, 2025, the charitable donation ceremony titled “Beautiful Qinghai, Pure Cosmetics”, hosted by China Association of Fragrance Flavour and Cosmetic Industries (“CAFFCI”) and co-organized by the China Women’s Development Foundation, was successfully held at Sanjiangyuan Ethnic Middle School in Xining, Qinghai Province. Leaders in attendance included Ms. SU Leihong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Qinghai Medical Products Administration; Ms. YAN Jiangying, Chairman of CAFFCI; and Mr. YANG Haorong, Deputy Secretary-General of the People’s Government of Qinghai Province. Mr. YANG Cheng, Assistant President of Huabao Limited, represented Huabao and joined representatives from over twenty outstanding industry enterprises, including BASF China, Symrise, and FROGPRINCE, in this charitable initiative.

Sanjiangyuan Ethnic Middle School, the recipient of this donation, was established in 2011 as a fully residential ethnic middle school to support the national Sanjiangyuan ecological protection and construction project. The Middle School primarily enrolls students from farming and herding families in the ecological protection core areas of Yushu, Guoluo, and Huangnan Autonomous Prefectures in the Sanjiangyuan region, with Tibetan students accounting for over 90%. As a key project in Qinghai’s educational layout adjustment, the Middle School aims to provide high-quality educational resources for children of ecological migrants while preserving and promoting ethnic cultural heritage and fostering balanced educational development. Despite its high-altitude location and limited conditions, the Middle School adheres to a people-oriented and tailored educational philosophy, integrating modern education with ethnic culture to bridge students to a broader world.

After the donation ceremony, Mr. YANG Cheng engaged in a cordial discussion with senior high school students. During the session, a Tibetan girl passionate about football shared her dream of enrolling in Beijing Sport University and exploring a wider world. Another Tibetan girl captivated the participants with her clear singing.  Some students aspired to become teachers and contribute to their hometowns, while others harbored military dreams, eager to serve in national defense and protect the motherland. Despite living on the plateau, they all looked towards the future with anticipation and determination to change their circumstances.

Since initiating its first charitable event in 2015, CAFFC has been dedicated to this cause for eleven years, with Huabao Limited actively participating for eight consecutive years. In the future, Huabao Limited will continue to enrich the content and forms of the “Flower Growth Plan” charitable education project, enhancing its influence and establishing a sustainable and traceable mechanism for child care and support. We aim not only to provide material support to children, but also to instill values of “self-improvement and perseverance”, encouraging them to rise above adversity and bloom brilliantly.

With the guidance of CAFFC and the collective efforts of numerous outstanding enterprises and caring individuals, Huabao’s “Flower Growth Plan” will empower more children to embrace a bright future. Regardless of their origins, every child deserves a promising and wonderful future!
